Tower Strategy Group is in search of an experienced business development manager to focus on Federal contracting opportunities. We are a SBA 8(a) certified firm working to expand our footprint in the Public Sector. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record identifying, submitting, and winning Federal contract opportunities.
Specific responsibilities include:
Manage federal contracting pipeline and capture planning strategy, tracking opportunities and managing resources needed against active bids
Lead and advise in making go/no go decisions
Lead the development and execution of bid and proposal submission, including the overarching strategy, technical response, qualifications, recruiting, selection of teaming partners, pricing, and contracting
Facilitate bid strategy sessions, manage proposal development process, set up proposal review check points, and ensure submission of a bid within RFP guidelines and deadlines
Proactively seek opportunities to position the firm for small business set-aside and sole source opportunities in pre-solicitation stages
