Saurabh Kapoor is our founder and Managing Director. With over 20 years of strategy consulting experience, he works with senior executives to help identify and implement transformative change in their organizations. Helping them to define the specific factors limiting their growth and operational effectiveness, evaluate the people, process and systems options available to solve for those limiters and build progressive, staged plans that deliver actual, measurable performance improvement. Not just through time and resources provided through Tower Strategy Group but by rallying client teams to own, manage and take action relative to the opportunities available to their organizations.
Prior to founding Tower Strategy, Saurabh held leadership roles in the strategy practices at several other consulting firms, including as a Vice President and Senior Vice President at two global strategy consultancies. He also spent time on client-side as the global Corporate Strategy lead at Choice Hotels International, a franchisor of over 6,000 hotel properties across 10 brands. In addition to leading Tower Strategy Group, Saurabh served as a Professor at Georgetown University for 6 years, where he taught courses on corporate strategy, global expansion and marketing.
He has consulted to many of the world’s leading organizations, including Pfizer, Beam Suntory, SPX, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Carlyle Group, The Coca-Cola Company, P&G, Citigroup and Danaher.
Saurabh currently serves on the Advisory Council of Marstel-Day and on the Board of Directors of Leadership Greater Washington. He holds an MBA with a Concentration in Strategy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia.

MAC received his BBA in Marketing Management from HEC Montreal in Quebec, Canada.
Donna works with clients including technology firms, health systems and post-acute providers to operationalize their strategy. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of roles: as Senior Vice President of Market Development for VSNY, the country’s largest not-for-profit organization providing in-home nursing care; as Senior Director for Pfizer; and as Principal Business Developer for United Health Care’s Evercare Division. She has a wide array of experience including strategic research, innovation for managed market channels, software development, communications, marketing, health delivery strategies, and support of management teams facing transition or transformation. Donna has held a number of board memberships with New York Health Information organizations and nonprofits board, and has also worked as a consultant to a number of Department of Health and federal-led strategies including NY State DSRIP.
Donna is a registered nurse, having obtained her degree from Pace University Leinhard School of Nursing. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from SUNY; a Global Health Leadership Certificate from UCLA Berkeley School of Public Health; and an executive MBA from Notre Dame. Donna is now a frequent public speaker at health-related conferences for topics such as post-acute care, managed care, Medicare-Medicaid, and technologies, Donna is currently the principal consultant at Strategic Healthcare Resources
Jeff is an award-winning ANA Marketer of the Year with over 35 years of management experience across a broad range of companies such as Sara Lee, Xerox, Gillette/P&G, Hood Foods, New Balance, World Cup 1994 and the LA Olympics. Jeff has relied on his experience to drive revenue growth for FORTUNE 500 and fast growth firms such as Coca-Cola, American Red Cross, Microsoft/Skype, NCAA, Rosetta Stone, Jack Nicklaus Companies, US Olympic Committee, America’s Cup and many more. He is in demand as an industry expert, keynote speaker and thought leader.
Jeff earned a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from Boston University/UCLA Anderson School of Business and has been a professor in The George Washington University MBA Program for fifteen years.
Bernie is a Senior Consultant with 24 years of experience in public service, international business and consulting. Bernie’s consulting expertise lies in leading business transformations and large strategic sourcing and spend reduction initiatives. Bernie’s public-sector experience includes working for city government in Pittsburgh and consulting projects with the U.S. Marine Corps and the Bonneville Power Administration.
Bernie lived in São Paulo, Brazil for three-years where he established the Latin American office for FreeMarkets, Inc., now part of Ariba, Inc. and supported sourcing initiatives across a series of CPG automotive and diversified manufacturing companies such as Dana Automotive, DuPont, Eaton, Diebold, Alcoa, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé and others.
Bernie has supported strategic sourcing projects for a series of utilities across the United States included Sempra, Oklahoma Gas & Electric, Idaho Power and National Grid and has held leadership roles for business and IT transformations at Acosta Sales & Marketing and National Grid, respectively. Bernie’s expertise is in sourcing complex, Statement of Work driven professional services agreements, assessing business processes and operating models to identify spend or operating cost reductions and organizing transformation programs.
Bernie earned a BA from Saint Bonaventure University and a Master of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Bernie is also proficient in Portuguese.
Payal currently directs, plans, and manages Operations at Tower Strategy Group. Over the course of her career Payal has worked in both the private and public sector helping clients improve efficiency, meet compliance requirements, and measure outcomes. Payal has consulted to Fortune 500 clients on Human Capital issues to increase productivity of their workforces, has worked with program officers in the field to manage programs, measure outcomes, and stay on budget, and has overseen grant compliance and requirements with bilateral and multilateral donors.
Payal earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Carolina is skilled at combing data analytics and qualitative analysis to discover the story behind the data - whether that story is to assess the market demand for a service or product or to find the interventions needed to create operational and financial performance improvements. During her more than 10 years as a consultant, she has vast experience performing economic and financial assessments, data collection and analytics, and enabling organizational change and strategy through structured and data-backed transformation.
Carolina has both international and domestic living and working experience and is multilingual with fluency in Spanish and Portuguese. She earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania in International Relations with a coursework focus on economics.
Baola has a background of solving complex problems that require business acumen and financial awareness. She is experienced at deriving strategic insights on organizations and markets at large via leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and transforming those insights into opportunities for growth and operational excellence. With a background in business strategy and work experience in business operations, she is capable of bridging the gap between high-level business goals and day to day operations. Baola also has expertise in conducting market research by collecting and analyzing relevant data and connecting the dots from different business areas, business development and multiparty stakeholder and market analysis.
Baola holds a Masters in International Business from Tufts’ Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a BA in Economics from Wheaton College.
Marie-Claire has experience doing deep-dive analytical research using both primary and secondary resources. She has done projects in both the public and private sector, working for industry leaders in manufacturing and industrial products. Marie-Claire has expertise in due diligence and market analysis as well as implementing organizational development strategies to increase efficiency across world-class utilities. She has experience working with clients to identify and implement modernization, effectiveness and efficiency opportunities using data-backed qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Marie-Claire is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish natively and French conversationally. She earned her B.A in History from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with an emphasis on research, qualitative analysis, and effective written communication.
